Important Information:

• Please include your name and address with your contribution.

• If you give more than $200, state law requires your occupation and employer.

• State law limits individual contributions to $1,000 for the 2025–2026 cycle.

• Minnesota’s Political Contribution Refund program reimburses up to $75 per individual or $150 per couple each year. Here’s how it works:

  • We send you a receipt and form

  • You submit the form

  • The state sends you the reimbursement.
